Companion systems prides itself on our Customer Service Support, Help Desk and Training. We have many options available to suit your needs.

Help Desk

Our help desk is available 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Our qualified & helpful team are located in our Australian Head Office and are ready to help you in a timely manner so you can continue working with the system as quickly as possible.

Group Training

Group Training is provided in most Capital cities monthly.

The Group Training is run in 2 half day sessions. The morning session is on Supervisors all features and best practice use of OnSite Companion. The afternoon session is Administrators all features and reporting usage of OnSite Companion.

Customised Training

We provide customised training in your own environment. Whether it be one on one or your complete team, we can customise the content and training type.

We recommend this as on-site training but we also offer this as remote / online training.

We offer consultation on the usage of the system to make sure you are getting maximum return from the system.
