Companion systems prides itself on our Customer Service Support, Help Desk and Training. We have many options available to suit your needs.
Help Desk
Our help desk is available 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Our qualified & helpful team are located in our Australian Head Office and are ready to help you in a timely manner so you can continue working with the system as quickly as possible.
Live Webinar Training
We run fortnightly Live Webinar Training sessions tailored specifically around certain features or functions within OnSite Companion. Please see below for the upcoming schedule.
We also send out registration emails, so if you don’t receive these please click on the button below requesting to receive these webinar registration email.
Customised Training
We provide customised training in your own environment. Whether it be one on one or your complete team, we can customise the content and training type.
We recommend this as on-site training but we also offer this as remote / online training.
We offer consultation on the usage of the system to make sure you are getting maximum return from the system.
