Terry Nay

Operations Manager

Terry has been in the IT industry for over 25 years, the last 15 years have been with Companion Systems. He started as an OnSite developer. Then managed the Development teams for over 10 years. 

As Operations Manager Terry supports a broad range of business areas. The main areas are internal infrastructure, staff training on leadership and personal growth, recruitment, and general business operations.

 Terry has a natural attention to detail and has a great listening ability and follow-through. His other strengths include planning and systems orchestration.

James Roberts

Development Manager

James manages our in-house Australian team of developers with product evolution and client custom feature development. With a keen eye on detail and integrity of programme coding, all the team work with James to deliver robust and stable product features that still offer ease of use and intuitiveness.

James focuses strongly making sure the fundamentals of performance and data security are never compromised. Comprehensive documentation and coding details are always maintained by James and his team ensuring risk is mitigated for the business and our clients.

With over a decade of experience using OnSite Companion, Peter Martin brings unparalleled expertise to our team. As a seasoned professional in the building industry, Peter operated in the Client Services team at Companion Systems for 10 years implementing over 100 new clients with OnSite Companion in a variety on environments, following that Peter went on to utilise OnSite Companion in a Residential Construction office environment, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience.
