Similar to the Activity Search feature, Message Search allows searching from only the simplest word to a sophisticated multiple level filtering mode to make it infinitely faster and more organised than standard search capabilities found in programs such as Outlook or PDFs.
Primary categories of search parameters include Service Providers Work Releases, Client Portal information, standard messages, notes and alerts.
Filtering can be managed through Contact Control – Clients or People – or Job Control and can be further refined specifically identifying activities against Contacts or Jobs.
Once the search results are generated, the data can be exported to Excel for analysis or to drill down directly in the search results to view details, job control information, documents and attachments.
